音読においては、自分が人前で話していると想像し、声の大きさ、イントネーション、発音に気をつけることが重要です。毎日練習することも有効です。会話シミュレーション問題では、映像に基づいた質問に答える際には、最初の文をよく聞いて直接答えるようにし、指示が2つあるため、つなぎ語を使って解答を作成する必要があります。具体的な問題例および解答例を示し、解答のコツも説明しています。
Part A – 音読問題(発音・リズム・イントネーション)
読むべき文章はいくつもあります。音読が得意になるための効果的な方法として、自分が人前で話しているところを想像することが挙げられます。自分のためだけでなく、他の人のために読んでいるのだと思うことがポイントです。その際、声の大きさ、イントネーション、単語やフレーズの発音を工夫してください。テレビのレポーターを思い浮かべてください。彼らのように文章を読んでいる自分を想像してください。
音読を上達させるもう一つの方法は、毎日練習することです。毎朝、短いパラグラフ、例えば5文以上をランダムに読みます。ここで重要なのは、緊張したり、言葉が新しく感じられなくなったりしないように、工夫することです。
では、次の文章を読む練習をしてみましょう。

Part B – 会話シミュレーション問題
このパートでは、映像に基づいて解答をすることが求められます。3つの問題があり、それぞれの問題に対して、2つの指示があります。コツは、最初に出された文をよく聞くことです。そして、必ず質問に対して直接答える形で解答してください。指示が2つあるので、つなぎ語を使って組み合わせて解答を作成する必要があります。

ここでの2つの指示a,bは反対の考えになっています。最初の指示は「はい」、2番目の指示は明らかに「いいえ」です。解答するときは、適切なつなぎ語を使ってつなげます。したがって、"however "または "but "を使用します。
指示2：
同僚：『そうですか。彼は昨日一日中あなたを探していたんですね』。
a. 知らなかったと伝えましょう。
b. 彼があなたを探していた理由として考えられることを伝え、質問してください。

どちらの反応もポジティブでつながっているように見えます。したがって、"and "を使用します。その他、"in addition"、"besides "などの提案もあります。
スピーキングセクションパートBは少し混乱しそうですが、そんなことはありません。重要なのは、スピーカーの発言を十分に理解した上で応答することです。そして、コネクター(つなぎ語)を使い、直接その指示に解答することが重要です。
Part C – ストーリーテリング問題
このパートでは、各フレームを過去形を使って詳しく説明することが求められています。準備時間は2分、解答時間は1分しかありません。準備の際には、すべてのフレームに目を通し、すぐに状況を決めてください。友達に話をすることを想像してください。そうすれば、各フレームを話したり説明したりすることが、それほどストレスにならないでしょう。トランジションワード(つなぎ語)を使って、各フレームをつなげます。登場人物、その行動、感情、解決策を決めましょう。

このパートでは、グラフに関するプレゼンテーションを行うことが求められています。プレゼンテーションに含めるべきポイントは5つあります。最初のパートは、通常、グラフの分析です。グラフの詳細や動きについて説明する必要があります。その他の点については、本当に何を聞かれているかによります。しかし、他のポイントでは、生徒が自分の意見や自分の考えを述べることが必要になるかもしれません。

このパートでは、4つの選択肢の中から選び、その理由を2つ述べることが求められています。主な答えと説明は、マップが何を表しているかを確認することが重要です。後でアイデアを拡張します。

The lot beside Paragon is at the center of the road. It can be accessed by different means of transportation, taxi, trains and buses. Our clients would not have a difficult time going to and from our offices. Second, security, the lot is close to places like hotels and banks. Since these two mentioned places require a high level of security, our location would also be assured of protection in case of emergency or any other untoward incidents. Therefore, the available lot beside Paragon is the perfect spot.
